FHE extra blankets

Well, we finally got it together and did it. We went to drop off some extra blankets for people who are in need. The kids were pretty excited about it and even Kael gave 'his' blanket to the lady very willingly. It was quite sweet to see them all handing the blankets over and then to see the lady's face when we gave her 6 of them :) At first, she was a bit surly and then when the kids started handing the blankets over, she started smiling and saying 'Thank you & God bless'. Then all the kids were saying how they felt happy to have done it. I wonder if they'll even remember doing it... Hopefully they do and it helps them to remember how blessed we are.
